Mooring declaration

  • During sailing events, access to and operation of the Marina may be restricted, which may require vessels to be relocated in accordance with the Port Regulations.
  • A declaration may be accepted only if it provides accurate information about the vessel, including registration details, contract and authorisation.
  • In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 2016 No. 119 item 1), we inform you that:
    • The controller of your personal data is Invest Puck Sp. z o.o. based in Puck, ul. Lipowa 3c, which is represented by the CEO.
    • Contact with the Data Protection Officer: iod@investpuck.pl or in writing to our registered address.
    • Personal data shall be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract for vessel mooring in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. 
    • Recipients of personal data will be entities authorised by law.
    • Personal data will be stored for the period required by law, in accordance with the Polish Act of 29 August 1997 – Tax Ordinance (consolidated text of Journal of Laws of 2018, item 800, as amended).
    • the data subject has the right to request access to their personal data from the controller, as well as the right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent at any time.
    • the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO), Warsaw 00-193, ul. Stawki 2, if they believe their personal data is being processed in violation of the GDPR.
    • Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to exercise a right or fulfil an obligation under the law. Failure to provide data may result in refusal of service.
  • By signing this declaration, I consent to:
    • the issuance of an invoice without the signature of an authorised or designated person from our side
    • the inclusion of the applicable Port Regulations and Price List of the Seaport of Puck as part of the agreement.
    • Invest Puck, based in Puck, submitting a request to the competent court to arrest the vessel in the event of overdue payments under this mooring declaration.
  • At the same time, I declare that:
    • I have read the Regulations and the Price List of the Seaport in Puck
    • I acknowledge the information regarding temporary restrictions on the operation of the Seaport of Puck.
  • The following documents are attached to this declaration:
    • A legal document constituting a legal basis to manage the vessel if the declaration is submitted by another person
    • Registration document of the vessel

  • NOTE! Submitting the declaration does not guarantee the allocation of a mooring space. The final decision is made by the Harbour Manager.
    The declaration can be submitted at the Puck Port Harbourmaster’s Office or sent via email to port@investpuck.pl.
